1. The service
PreCallAI provides managed outbound calling on behalf of SaaS clients - calling genuine leads, qualifying interest against agreed criteria, and booking meetings. We are not a self-serve dialer, a lead provider, or a bulk call center.
2. Outcome-based fees
Qualification and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing before a campaign launches. Fees apply to meetings that meet the agreed criteria. We do not guarantee revenue, volume, or any particular outcome.
3. Client responsibilities
- Provide genuine leads you are authorized to have contacted.
- Ensure lawful basis for outreach in all target regions.
- Approve scripts, ICP, disqualifiers, and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain accurate CRM and calendar integrations where applicable.
4. Acceptable use
Clients must not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive outreach, including contacting numbers on do-not-call lists without lawful basis. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Recordings and data
Call recordings and outcomes are made available to the client for review. Ownership and licensing of recordings are addressed in the applicable order form and our Data Processing Agreement.
6. Warranties & disclaimer
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Except as expressly stated, we disclaim all warranties and do not guarantee specific sales results.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the meetings giving rise to the claim during the prior three months.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate per the notice in their order form. Sections that by their nature should survive - including confidentiality and liability - remain in effect.
