1. Genuine leads only
Clients must only provide leads they are authorized to contact. Scraped, purchased, or randomly harvested contact lists are not permitted.
2. Lawful basis & consent
- Ensure a lawful basis exists for each contact under applicable law.
- Honor do-not-call registries and opt-outs promptly.
- Respect calling hours and region-specific rules (e.g. TCPA, GDPR).
3. No bulk or abusive outreach
The service is for focused, qualification-driven calling - not high-volume robocalling, deceptive practices, harassment, or pressure tactics.
4. Honest representation
Calls must represent the client brand accurately, use approved scripts, and avoid misleading claims about products, pricing, or outcomes.
5. Prohibited content
The service may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful content, or for contacting protected categories in a discriminatory manner.
6. Enforcement
We may pause or terminate campaigns or engagements that violate this policy. Material breaches may be reported to the client and, where required, to authorities.
